Orders & payment

All orders are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking link by email.

Shipping

• Orders ship within 24 hours (business days).
• EU delivery: 5–8 business days, free on all bundles.
• Tracking is provided for every order.

30-day returns (“Festival-Proof Guarantee”)

You may return your Frostbeat within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even after using it. Email hello@frost-beat.com with your order number to start a return.

Warranty

Every unit carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Consumers in the EU additionally benefit from the legal conformity guarantee.

EU consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Portuguese consumers can also use the Livro de Reclamações and the EU ODR platform.
